I have a Memphis amp and 2 12inch Kicker Comps for sale, which are also mounted in a like new box. They are in brand new condition and only in my car a month, until I traded it in. The box does not fit well in my new car and it already has a good factory system in it.
The amp is a Memphis Power Reference and the model is PRD500.1. It was purchased at Audio Advantage on Colerain Ave in Cincinnati and there is 6 months left on the warranty. I also have 2 12" Kicker Comps which are in like new condition. I purchased them and they came with a 2 year warranty as well, so there is over a year and a half left. They are both Kicker Comp CVR with 800 watt peak per sub, 400 rms per sub, with 25-500Hz frequency response. I had this setup in my Acura RSX Type-S and it sounded great. It would fit especially good in any hatchback or Civic, CRX, Scion TC, Camaro, Eclipse, but it would work in any car too. The box’s dimensions are 33 ¼" wide x 15 ¼" tall. The depth at the bottom is 14.5" and at the top it is 10" since it is angled. The box looks brand new still and I also bought it at Audio Advantage on Colerain Ave in Cincinnati. It is carpeted a dark charcoal gray color.

As you can see, it is a good set up and is like brand new, it just doesn’t fit in my new toy aka my mustang!
