will 15/10 rims and 28/10.5 tires fit on a stock rear end. thank

6.5" BS would be much better, is this a GT? If so the 28" tall tires will hit the ground effects. They will require inner fender massaging, quad shock removal and most likely rolling the fender lip if your at stock or lowered ride height.

it an LX and the quad shock is out. so 6.5'' will be the better wheel?

Yes you should need 6.5 back spacing.
