i just bought a 2005 gsxr 750 and im trying to get a oil filter but no one can tell me what it takes been to auto zone and advance auto and they can't bring up witch one it take if some one know it would be a big help thank you

Auto Zones computer base isn't the greatest when to motorcycle applications. I should know cause i work at one part time. If i were you i would call a dealership and ask them. On a side note i hope you got a helmet to go with that bike.

go to advance or something and ask for wix 51359...they should either have it in stock or be able to order it at least.

i believe its a fram ph6017a......my gsxr 600 and busa took the same.....Word of advice...goe with a factory filter or check out the Scotts reusable filter...well worth its money....and stick with a motorcycle grade oil......how many cars do you know that spinn 11-12k......thats why theres cycle oil....I always run Amsoil 10w40....or honda GN4 till break in.

yes i got the motorcycle oil and i am going to get a factory filter and goint to buy like 4 of them tired of looking for the darn thing
