OK... I hope someone can help me here..
I did a bunch of reading online about welding the rear end to make it a true posi.. I did everything that was recommended, I did great welds, Installed the gear set in the pig, And installed it in the housing.. Everything went together like a dream.. It has been about a week since I did the install and have not touched the car since today. Well to make a long story short I put the wheels on this morning to move the car around in my garage, AND IT WON'T MOVE !!!!!! I have checked the brakes, Checked the emergency brake, And still nothing
The car doesn't have a driveshaft in it. Hell for that matter there is no Motor or Trans in it....
I have spent the better part of this morning trying to figure it out and I am about at the END OF MY ROPE !!!! I'm have tempted to pull the whole rear end and put a stock rear back in it..
Any Help would be appreciated...
Here are some pics to show that the welding was done properly and that isn't the cause....
Thanks in advance for any help..

You weld looks good, but you didn't use the rear-end rod......thus the problem!

You have to use posi-flux and clean the parts real good with brake-kleen before you weld.LOL

A little JB weld and it will be good as new. Duct tape will shim it perfect. Then WD-40 it before you put the cover back on. Then Ebay for the win. LOL
