a good friend of mine has a 02 lightning and all hes done so far is change the blower pulley,we wants to get it tuned ,the way it is now, then later get exhaust for it when he gets more money...where is the best place to go get it tuned and he says since the blower pulley install it shifts too quik.can he get it tuned without having to modify the computer?any help is greatly appreciated
