I really hate that place. I avoid it at all costs if I can. The wife asked me to pick up her some coffee creamer on the way home from work this morning. Since I'm working on the mustang, and needed some brake cleaner, I thought I'd run in Welfare-mart and make one stop instead of going back to town later for the brake cleaner.

I make my way directly to the dairy section, coffee creamer, check, over to the auto section. No brake cleaner? I look and look. They have CRC brand carb cleaner, CRC electrical cleaner, CRC silicone lubricant, but no CRC brake cleaner. what the fuck? Then I notice, they have "Super Tech" brake cleaner, walmart brand, so I grabbed a can.

I noticed on the back of the can "safe to use in California" imagine that. So I bought one can, I can only imaging the stuff is crap. I get home and look at the CRC Brake-Kleen that I have, yep, "not for sale in California.

I don't know what's worse Walmart or the freaking Caliornia emmission BS.

they probably dont carry crc just for that reason, they buy in bulk and thats why shit is cheaper there, if they had to supply different stores w/ diff products they would cost more

Actually I looked at both the CRC and Super Tech cans, the cans are both the same size, but the Super Tech has like 4.5 ounces less, about 20% less. What a freaking scam.

1/2 the price for 1/4 less volume, do the math :)

I like shopping at Walmart! It gives me the opportunity to dress up, unlike Dollar Tree where Im allready dressed up while wearing skidmarked briefs and a pair of cheap sunglasses.

California. That's where I'm from. It's not just the emiissions BS. It's the whole damned state. I sometimes wish Canada would annex them. Mexico nearly already has anyway.
