Anyone good with carbon fiber hoods?

I just bought an 03 cobra carbon fiber hood that is used. Its a VIS racing sports hood so good quality. The clearcoat on it is hazy and could use some buffing, but there is one corner chipped. Anyone on here good with these hoods know what I can do about this?

it may wetsand and buff back out,i've recleared a few of them makes them look new,the chip on the corner doubt your gonna be able to duplicate the carbon fiber look,may get away with repairing the chip,blowing alittle black base on it and reclearing the whole hood.lmk if you wanna drop it off and see what i can do with it

where are you at Plated, i could do that, but i'd have to arrange for something to drive to bring it to you. I think its going to look really good, and want to get it fixed before the summer, i just couldn't pass up the deal on it. The person I bought it off of said she paid $680 for it, and on VIS's website, they want $900 new, I paid $100 for it.
