Mass air meter question

I got a mass air meter from a 94 T-Bird today. It had the 4.6 in it. I need to know if it will work with my set up. I have the 89 5 speed computer, 65mm throttle body, and 19lb injecters. I have heard it will and it won't.

Looked closer at the mass air meter and housing today. I compared it to the one on my car and the placement of the sensors are identical. The wiring plug is even the same so I plugged it in and will see if it works. Hope so because it looks cool!!
