I have a Black steering wheel with the air bag, wiring, sensors and complete column. It does have the ignition but I do not have the keys to it. (Left them in the car when I sold it.:()

Based on ebay pricing for just the steering wheel I am Asking $125 obo for it all.

Sorry, No it is not. It has the controls for cruise control and everything else...but leather.
