valve spring help

hey guys, I just had my the engine shop check my valve spring pressure on my trick flows, and they said that the max lift I should go with the current springs are .520. Now the cam I am going to use is a comp XE 284HR, which is .533 intake and .544 exhaust lift. So I was going to replace the valve springs but how do I know what to buy. When I look them up in summit or jegs, they give me the seat pressure lbs, but not the max lift. I'm new to the engine building world so can someone help me here? thanks

Look again at summit and click on installation instructions.That should tell you max lift on the springs.
