Any rust issues?

There is a little surface rust under the car, nothing a little sanding and paint couldn't fix, not like an ohio car. It was never driven in or seen a salted road that I know of. My wife bought in South Carolina in "05". Summer only car.

Does it still have a computer and engine harness? Is it titled in OH...I just ran into an issue with my last car so I thought I would double check.

no the EFI harness and computer are gone I had it setup as a carb car with a C-4, but the 5spd pedals are still there. Clear Ohio title.
