tire sizes

i have a 90 lx thats a 4 banger right now and i got a super deal on a set of 16 inch rims that came on the 94-? gt's. i guess they are called the 5 lug pony wheels. anyways they have 225/60/16 on them now. am i going to have anyissues with them running stock suspension? also what size should i run when i lower it say 1.5"? thanks for the input.

you should be fine, you could run something like a 225/50/16 once you lower it. the 225/60/16 is roughly 27 inches tall

In my opinion, the best looking tire on the 16 inch stang wheels is the 245 50 16, stock height and lowered, that tire size kicks ass..
