trany issues

Its a little whiney in gear under load. Goes in all gears fine sitting still. When moving 1 and 2 are great. 3 grinds a bit, even at low speeds, 4 is not able to be put it as with 5. When you try to get it out of 3 it doesnt want to come out.
Ideas? I have a few but always open to more
