Seen a nice black vet and a silver cobra going at it on 275 today:rolleyes: Looked to be a good race with the cobra ahead by a little!!! Then later down the highway the vet was pulled over by a trooper:eek:????

i believe the cobra was ahead by a 1-21/2 depending on the run

damn thing is always in a lower gear lol

What rpm is the vet at 55mph in second gear?

with the converter locked would be about 5700, but unlocked which it would be at 2nd i would say 6000-6200

i don't think that vette ever went to 2nd

It was a trooper......:screwy: cant tell them boys nothing:lol: I think the guy in the vet was a fast talker...kinda like a good car salesman:cool2: I think the cobra passed without being seen:cool1:

he was paddle shifting it to 3rd, he was a little scared to put it in 2nd, i think so around 4k or so he thinks

i heard the trooper was a super cool guy that frequents the boards

I think the guy in the cobra might of thought they were both hit for playing around at triple digit speeds.. How about the troop that was sitting at the old rest stop?? The vet almost did not see him and the guy in the cobra was like NO No No :lol: Had to look a little suspicious 2 fast cars side by side doing 5mph under the speed limit???:lol:
