Looks a lot like this here:

It would need to be reassembled as it as been dismantled for storage. I believe it was either a 4'x4' unit or 4'x5'(you can adjust the configuration of the shelves as needed) - made up of 12" cubes. These are usually $175+ - first $30 takes it as we are cleaning house. :bigthumb
