Door sagging

Got out of my 00 GT and noticed the door not shutting correctly. Lifted up on the door and felt some vertical slop in hinge. My question is what all need replaced? Is there a hinge repair kit or do you replace the whole hinge upr and lwr?

Yeah, There is a bushing kit you can buy. This can be a pain to fix. I have alway just took off the fender and replaced the entire hing. You can get one cheap from the junk yard.
