Question about used Front Windows

Couple of questions about used front windows. I heard they can form to the previous car and leak easily. Sounds a little far fetched but I want to make sure. If anyone has had this done what does it cost to get installed

i had to replace my front window along with the window track. I bought a used door and just took the glass out of that and everything has worked fine for me no leaks if you have a day do it yourself save some money

If you re-use a windshield or reinstall your old one after removal, make sure you clean off the old sealant and then re-seal well. Shouldn't have any problems with leakage.

X2 for Glassman, might be able to get it done for a bit more.
