Thanks. We have a realtor scheduled for tmrw already so hopefully it's a quick sale!! The 3rd floor units w/the extra room & garage do not come for sale very often.

The HOA fee is $196/mo, because it is the larger unit. It includes water, garbage, pool upkeep, snow removal...and they cut grass 2x's a wk. Honestly it's about the same you pay in a house, minus the aggravation.

We just want a yard so we can get some doggies and we NEED a 2 car garage for the stangs!

Not even close. I live in a subdivision with a community pool. I pay 380 a year for the HOA fees. I then pay about 500 a year total for garbage removal and water. I pay someone else 80 bucks a month to cut my grass once a week. That totals less than 1300 a year. Easily 1000 a year less than a condo. Thats was the biggest complaint I had when I lived in a condo. Not worth the crazy ass HOA for them to tell me I cant have a dog in something I own.

Yeah... I mean for someone older it would be ideal. & over half the people here hav pets and there are tons of places to walk (it's a good and safe neighborhood....there are 400k houses across the street and in subdivisions right next to mine). I bought it literally right when Chris and I first started dating and A LOT has changed over the past 2 years. Nonetheless I am just hoping to sell it soon... I'm crossing my fingers everyday so that we can finally get a house.

Lowered our asking price to $135,500 last wk and have had 4 showings....

1 realtor said we would get an offer last wk (yet to hear from them) and one girl brought the whole family twice... said she's ready to move in, asked if we have a place to move to, said she is positive she wants it, so I HOPE and somewhat expect to get an offer within the next wk.... her uncle's the condo president and also the realtor who showed her the property (coincidentally for the company it is listed through)... ugh, so stressful
