I think this POS :mad:has been causing most of the noise from my clutch area. The flywheel was scraping against it based on the grooves and gouges in it. It actually was almost worn completely through in one spot. I guess it was all bent up when I first installed it. This, along with my King Cobra clutch hitting the bellhousing hopefully solves the problem.
I've been dicking around with this thing for the better part of 2 years now !!

I've replaced the pilot bearing, clutch fork, release bearing, and clutch TWICE before I figured it out.

I hope you did a rear main seal one of those three times you where in there.....

Mine was cracked, and causing chattering noise....That piece was quickly thrown away when I replaced the entire drive line.
