Alright I need to clear a few things up before I proceed with my project. I need to know what oz flexplate to use with stock motor. Its a 302. I think its 50 but im just making sure. Also How many teeth do I need on the flexplate. I have a JW ultra bell if that has anything to do with it. Last but not least the converter bolt pattern. Its a redneck 9.5. How do you measure it? Thanks

Ryan

50oz is what you need. Make sure you have the right bell for your trans (case or pan filled) The bell bolts to the pump on a case filled c4. Also the fill type will determine the flexplate you need.

Not always. I have a case fill, with a big bell. I think it was a truck transmission....maybe?

For a c4 use an aod flexplate to be safe. DO NOT USE A C6 or E4OD flexplate.
