I have a ford 9" with 03 cobra brakes. Anyone know what kind of emergency brake cable I need? I looked around and found the following parts:

FMS M-2809-A
FMS M-2810-A

Looks like they say for 8.8" rearend. Anyone know if they will still work for a 9"?

you the need the e-brake cable for the correct brakes (03 cobra), the housing 9", 8.8, etc. should be irrelevant, you may however have to fab a bracket to the 9" that holds the cable out of the way.
