She filed the suit pro se--without an attorney. As the saying goes, it will be dismissed in a New York minute. I figure that she filed it to get the publicity-- and from that a job. I would say it would have the opposite effect--no one would hire someone that stupid.

I got disgusted and quit reading. So if a judge doesn't throw her out of court on her ass then he or she should be thrown off the bench.

Dad knew a lawyer who tried to sue his law school. That didn't go too far... One lawyer against a whole school of them. :lol:

For what it is worth, WSU had a 100% job placement guarantee for engineers within x number of months.
