My motor has a lot of oil blowby on the number 7 cylinder. I'm just buying a reman. stock short block that will be bored .040 over. My combo will be that short block w/ edelbrock performer 5.0 heads that have 1.7rr, trick flow street heat upper and lower, 75mm throttle body w/ 24 lb injectors and matching mass air. My motor now has an e303, but i want to go with something different cause i am getting the well known idle problem from the e303. Let me know what cam you guys think i should go with.

Thanks,
Dave

From what Ive seen on 5.0s I really like the Trickflow Stage 2 cam with some springs. If not wanting to buy springs or worry about clearance issues, I also like the Stage 1 Trickflow cam.
