99 chevy malibu

I'm selling my other dd since I got a truck, It's a 99 malibu with 168,000 on body, with a newer motor with 114k put in because previous owner overheated the original motor. The a/c works, and blows cold, but the compressor makes a little noise. The car gets about 320 miles to a tank, (gas gauge doesn't work) It's got a couple little problems, The gas cap pulls straight off instead of turning and causes the car to act weird when you put gas in it. It revs up and down and sometimes stalls after you put gas in the car, but only last for about 30 seconds. This makes the check engine light come on. The previous owner hit a deer and creased the hood and busted the headlight, the headlight still works, just needs a bulb for the high beams, low beams work fine. There is some scuffs and scratches of course, its a ten year old car, And finally the passenger rear tire has a small leak. I'll try some fix a flat and post up if it hold, needs air every couple days, other than that the car runs great and the tires are in very good shape. I'm asking $2200.
