WTB: 4.0 and 4x4 Auto trans for 94' Ranger

I'm in need of a complete 4.0 engine and 4x4 auto trans for my 94' Ranger. I'm not sure what all 4.0's will work in my truck, so if you have any info on that, I'd appreciate it as well.

The driver side head has a bent valve, so the truck has a miss. I'm looking for something with low miles and in great condition as I plan on keeping the truck for a while.

I found this information out:

Aerostar 1990/1994 Explorer, Mazda b-4000, and Navajo 1991-1994. And Ranger 1990-1994

So any of those will work in my truck. Let me know!
