I have a 89 gt replced pump and same times it will start and it will not start. Some times after it runs of a long time i can shut off motor and it willnot start back up. What are something i should like for

If it only does it when the car is warmed up then I would lean toward an Ignition Module.

ecu relay? mine went out drove me nuts figuring it out

if the fuel pump is not running when u go to start it u might have a weak fuel pump relay under the drivers seat

one thing to check is the computer itself. Next time its in a no start condition, take the relay off the harness and see if it will start. If it fires up , the computer is probably junk. Check wiring for the VSS from the trans up to the main harness. I shorted mine out twice on that circuit

yea sometimes it will start and run fine. Sometimes if you shut off motor it will not start back up
