So this all started about a month ago, I was going to order the bullitt suspension from them. Found out its on national backorder ok no big deal they cant help that. Sales rep contacts me and clearly says we'll get you the same parts you wanted for around the same price. Sure enough the best they could offer me was $140 more and didnt have sway bars. Well thats fine its a Eibach pro kit Im still cool with it because its better springs and what not. So then I get the package and sure enough parts are missing(Spring, bumpstops, etc.) We played message/phone tag for a few days and FINALLY they ordered me a new kit that they said they were gonna get out to me asap, that ended up being 2-3 weeks. The sales rep told me early on that UPS would come pick up the old one, they never did so I had to keep contacting him telling him so. Then finally he sends me an email wanting me to drop it off somewhere. I tell him not happening im not going out of my way for there fuck up they can come pick it up if they want it. So this morning he calls me in regards to how im not "happy" with there service and tries to explain how "no other company would do what we did" how they sent me a kit for "free." Free my ass I spent 640 bucks on the original. When it was all said it and done that fucker scheduled a UPS truck to pick it up as promised.

Ive usually had great experiences with them, this is the first time Ive had trouble with them. I didnt like how he tried to tell me that they did all they could, when he lied to me twice and then tried tellin me how they were in the right.

All companies are going to be doing more with less people. thought it was bad before, it's going to get crazy before it gets better. I have had a few issues over the past 7-8 months with them. Nothing big, but before that their record was spotless with us. Sorry about your experience, hope you at least got the parts you needed in the end.

Why didn't you just buy local? We have Cincy Speed and MD right in town and Dayton Performance for the northern guys. What happens when you have an install problem, is LR going to help, hell no. However if you have problems and bought from one of our local shops they would be more than willing to offer up advice to help. LR is good for some of their resto stuff but when it comes to performance parts I would just stay with our local speed merchants.

So why is this the first time we have heard about ANY of your experiences with LMR? Its sad that you waited till they "Fucked you over" to post up a thread about them....Unless I missed the thread where you said how Great they are/were.
Dont sweat it, you are in the 80% of the Human race. Thats how we are....:(

 Umm no? The other experiences I had with them was before I joined here on stangbangerz, I didnt feel the need to post up "Yeah I bought a shifter from them 1 year ago I love this company!" when I joined.

from the outside looking in, it sounds like they tried hard to satisfy you. A lot of times "backorder" means you're gonna be waiting.
sorry to hear you had all that trouble though. These cars can be very frustrating!
