It has been delted bt the author. What was the price and what did it look like? My dad has a 70 Mach 1 he has been talking about selling off and on for a year or two but we have no idea what price range belongs in. Its a true survivor car with 57k miles.

eh it was a white car black hood louvers and spoilers, had red interior which normally would look like hell but it worked on this car, it said it needed some floor pan work, I think it was a 351 4 speed car for $7500... but ran and drove

cool. my dads is red with black hood/interior. its a 351 auto. no rust on the car at all and all original paint. My grandapa bought the car new in 1970! I will try to get some pics of it next weekend when Im over there and post up so people could better judge what it might be worth if he finaly decides to pull the trigger on letting it go. I know 7500 aint gonna get it! that does seem really cheap for one that runs and drives. no wonder it was gone so fast.

bet it's a sweet ride.... you don't see very many fastback anythings for sale so I'm sure it'll bring a good number... I'd have a rough time getting rid of it being as it's been in the fam that long..... can't wait see the pics though....

Its easier to sell the 1970 when you have a 1969 that you bought brand new!! The 69 is a MINT big block car. It was my dads first car. he bought it when he was 18. Still has the original title! I will get some pics of it too for you guys to drool over. The car litteraly has a wall built around it in the garage:lol:

dude sweet rides!!!! I'd hate to put a number on the 70 you don't hardly see any but I'd say with a good cleaning it's a 15K+ car

Deff needs a good cleaning. Car has sat most of its life. there was a lot more dings and scratches than I remebered once we got it out in the sun. None the less it is sweet for a true survivor 100% original paint. You will never find one with original interior in better shape than this. Its 40 years old and not a single rip or tear! Car runs great too. drove it around Mason for a bit then out to my house in Maineville. Fires right up every time and rolls out down the road. It has been quite a while since the 69 has been out too. Stays tucked away covered up in its box. Its just as bad ass as I remebered. still gives me a boner

He doesnt have time to drive either of them. they are "in his way" I wish I had that problem!! too many bad ass cars "in my way." He retired from Ford a few years back and bought a Farm and thats what he enjoys to do now.he would rather sell these horses to buy more real horses:) I actully understand now. these cars just cost him money to sit, pay insurance on em and not really care to play with them. has other things he wants to do in life
