This yr, Jack Roush Day is on Sun Oct 18th at River Barn on US 52 in Manchester.

Went last yr and it is an awesome show..... :bigthumb

Free dash plaques and entry fee of $10.

Lots of stangs and other cars there too. There is a car show, auction, burnout contest and after the show, he walks around and signs the cars and does pictures.

We are for sure taking both mustangs this yr and one of our friends is going also with his stang.

It's right on the river and a nice lil drive there so we should definitely caravan this yr and try to get a bunch of stangs out. :)

Sorry I was trying to find something on it and posted the wrong thing. The date I saw was on the 18th I think and it was on a Sunday last yr if I remember correctly. It is on 2 different days this yr? Usually there is something about it on the city of manchester's website, but they havent posted anything.

FYI.... I was in Augusta KY for a big car show earlier and confirmed that the date of the show is Sunday Oct 18..... They handed out 2 page flyers and the DJ announced it numerous time. The dj was from kycarshows.com, among others who plan and cooridinate the shows.... Augusta is basically right across the river from Manchester.... said they are positive the date of the show is Sun the 18th.... just throwing it out there... so the dates are not matching up.... I guess I can call their city building sometime this wk?

Oh good Lord the paper just called me back to say that they are sorry for any mix ups but the show is 100% on the 18th!!!

Now I have to decied what to do. I love the drive there and it is a very nice show and all but it is also the same day has our cruise in....:confused:

Ok all you guys were talking like I was crazy!!!! I know I saw a few articles and they kept announcing the show over the weekend. I am kind of glad because I told several others about the show, and told them the 18th (as the flyers said).

It sucks it's the same day as the SBZ cruise-in....but I think I will be going to Roush Day on the 18th. I want to get my car signed and it was an awesome time last year.

I'm not far from manchester I'll be there but no way is her getting close to my car with a marker.... Never have understood why someone without a roush or wants saleen, roush...etc to sign the cars.

Curt you will definitely enjoy it. The burnout contest is pretty cool too. Nothing better than a bunch of Adams county boys doing burnouts. I just might have the perfect set of slicks to use now if I decide to go. Vicki wants to do the cruise in though. So we will see.

Since it's the day of the sbz cruise-in, I doubt tons of sbz will go... I think we are going to cruise up w/queen city mustangers. If anyone else would like to tag along, I can post up detaills of where we will be meeting. We met a bunch of them for breakfast last wkend and cruised down to Augusta with them....and they have some nice looking stangs! Super nice club members too. We got LOTS of looks- from the drool-worthy stangs.

I'm trying to pick a location to meet with the queen city mustangers since we will be going with a couple of them. I will post here as soon as I find it out, since most will be going to the stangbangerz cruise-in. We'll be heading there early again, like last yr, to get a good spot.

Kellog Park (between River Downs and AJ's restaurant on Kellog Ave.) and plan on leaving at 8:00am sharp. This should put us at the show around 9:30ish which will be early enough for us to get a good spot.

We will be meeting some others there as well so if you are running late or anything like that, pm me and I will give you my cell number.

Great time at the show today! Excellent turn out. Too bad it was the same day as the cruise; but we did have a nice cruise out and back!! I think I logged about 140 miles today in the car troublefree as usual!
