so i am supposed to be trading my turbo coupe for this lifted truck today.. title for title, no big deal. then this guy decided he want 200 to boot. so i run arounf asking everyone i know if they want to buy something from me lol. THEN AFTER I GET THE MONEY TOGEATHER HE WONT TRADE ME ARE YOU EFFING KIDDING ME??? GO LET YOU TRUCK RUST IN THE GROUND NO ONE IS YOUR HICK ASS TRAILER PARK WILL BUY IT FROM YOU I GAVE YOU THE BEST DEAL YOU WILL FIND AROUND HERE. with that being said dont get all excited for a trade untill you have the title in your hand. oh well their will be others.

Generally speaking if a person agrees to a sale whether verbal or written, it is a contract and he/she is bound. Only a true loser would talk big then back out like this clown did to you. Legally you are entitled to close the deal but would likely have little less than a 50/50 chance of holding him to it, because he would likely lie under oath just as he lied to you on going through with the sale. A man is only as good as his word, which speaks not to highly of this clod. You'll find something else.

Reap what you sew skippy and You called me once telling me you wanted to the part. I waited and actually put off what I was going to do that night. You never called to say you couldnt make it. My time is important to me. You wasted it as I see you did to others. I would have rather you told me you couldnt meet or hell didnt want the part.The other parts I didnt sweat it as I knew you would back out so I didnt alter my day. I see no difference.

Nothing to understand, you have wasted many peoples time and you got yours wasted. Just because you think your time and effort is more important then anyone else doesn't mean it is and has nothing to do with my understanding.
