DYNO DAY!! Oct 10th, Cincy Speed!!

This Saturday, starting at 10am, we are having a Dyno Day. Every car make is welcome, but limited to Gasoline cars & trucks only. (Diesel guys will have their Dyno Day TBA)

$50 will get you 2 pulls, with Air Fuel readings, and a printed graph sheet.

The vehicle with the most HP reading will receive a Cincy Speed gift card in the amount of $50.

There will be Hamburgers, Hot Dogs, and bottled water provided for those Dynoing their vehicle and hopefully some left over for the spectators.

We think there is a problem with the ecu. Blake is calling Holley first thing in the morning to see what he can find out. I've also been trying to research it and see if there is something else we can try.

I would love to come up, but I got two issues, One, it is my wife's b-day, and two, is that the Grand Prix is still Broke from the last run of the day at the "Race Day". I don't think the wife would like it even if my car was fixed:rolleyes:

I would love to get it on the dyno to see if my new springs helped out on my top end. The last time that I dynoed, I only got 365 whp and my power of fading off at 6200 when I should be pulling all the way to 6800. Couple more weeks and I should have time to tear it down and fix it.

The Evo left early and was never strapped down to the rollers.Foss got the win on most horsepower that day.

I thought I had it turned up higher but it only hit 6.2 pounds in the data log. I found out sunday I blew the RTV out of the header flanges by #2 and #7 so it was leaking a bit. My goal is 15 lbs once I can get my intake temps down.

What size turbo is that you have crammed in there? And that car sure does sound healthy.I think at 10 punds it will def' throw down some numbers.And for some reason,just like like Boostanggt's car,I wasnt expecting a turbo in there.

HAHA I know. I went to pull it in and there was a boost gauge in there. Sleeper for sure.

Bryan, have you thought of doing an air to water setup in there? I can get them for dirt cheap. That thing would make stupid power.

Yes I have, but I can't clock the turbo to point away from the intake as the water pump gets in the way. I'd need to build one that fits in place of the current charge pipe. I'm relocating the battery to make room for a cold air intake, if that and E85 isn't enough i'll switch to meth injection. As it is right now my intake temps are around 200 at idle and 250+ in boost.

The turbo is a Borg Warner S471, 1.32 a/r.

:lol: yeah... that thing made 191 and I made 194... I had a crapton more torque obviously...

I really need to get a MAF in that thing then do some more pulls and see if it levels out...

I've got GT40P's and an explorer upper and lower to go on it one of these days... It just hasnt needed anything EVER for me to want to take it apart... and it's at 223K... I kinda wanna see how long it lasts!
