But what's "going huge"?

...no jumping 45'-50' high huckin back flips off off metal ramps to a wood landing over the parking lot... im not big into freestyle but its pretty nuts with big consequences if you under or over shoot the landing

Pretty neat event!. I went w/ my buddy "the Wheelie Wizard" as he "calls" himself lol..he did a wheelie show there. Travis Pastrana road a suzuki 110 around w/ my buddy during the show. The 110 that Travis was riding was my best friends bike. I was pissed cause he wasnt aloud to ride my Kawasaki 110 lol!!!!

I rode with Scott Mets years ago. Pretty cool guy. I use to ride/race with Kraig Hennessy, Chris Couch, Slugo, Ronny Atwell (Sickest rider I ever known)and Ben riddle before he turned pro. I miss it but I dont miss the second job I had to get to support the parts lol.

I raced Slugo down at Podium One outside of Louisville a lot late 90's - early mid 2000's...he was pretty fast for his age... Raced a lot of Arenacrosses, Supercrosses & Outdoor Nationals against Ben Riddle. What a waste of talent...rode his ass off & had an amazing amateur career...lands a Factory Suzuki ride then decides girlfriends & drugs was more important...Could of made 7 digits in a matter of a few years & been set for life...I heard he is in jail or was for awhile anyway...Metz & I went riding last night.

I agree, he was a waste of talent. So was Ronney Atwell. One of the most amazing riders I have ever seen. He dominated his first 15 races in C class. Won every race in B Class the following year except one. When his bike blew the motor. Dominated A class for about 5 races and just said F this I dont want to race anymore. Slugo was awesome. I loved seeing him whip over every jump. My last race was at Podium one. When a rider changed his line over the finish line jump. I had to tap the breaks on the face of the jump and cased the jump. My wrist was in the palm of my hand in over 25 peices.

:confused:planes don't just fall out of the sky...especially because they encounter fog...

Im guessing it was pilot error & he got: Spatial disorientation

"a condition in which an aircraft pilot's perception of direction (proprioception) does not agree with reality. It is typically a temporary condition resulting from flight into poor weather conditions with low or no visibility. Under these conditions the pilot may be deprived of an external visual horizon, which is critical to maintaining a correct sense of up and down while flying.

A pilot who enters such conditions will quickly lose spatial orientation if there has been no training in flying with reference to instruments. Approximately 80% of the private pilots in the United States do not have an instrument rating, and therefore are prohibited from flying in conditions where instrument skills are required. Not all pilots abide by this rule, and approximately 40% of the NTSB fatal general aviation accident reports list continuation of flight into conditions for which the pilot was not qualified as a cause.
