4.5 Acres for sale in Alexandria...

Just in case someone here is looking I'm selling 4.575 acres in alexandria. Its about 1/2 mile off AA hwy on grand veiw rd. Its not in the city limits so you don't have to worry about all that. I have it listed at $69,900 my bottom dollar for a stangbangerz member is $55K. I bought it back in 02 and was going to build a house and a 40x80 garage on it but we ended up just buying so I have no need for it anymore.

Hmmmmm wish we woulda known about this say, a month ago, and we would've looked into it... we wanted a lil acreage in alexandria area but are settling for an acre in covg instead.

Bump. This is a good deal guys. We have been trying to find land in Campbell Co for about a yr and it is RARE to find 4.5 acres not out in complete bufu, esp. for that price.

Sorry I haven't been on here to respond. As far as flat land, well if you know anything about campbell county there really isn't much of that unless its man made. I grew up in Alexandria and it didn't really hit me until we were looking to buy some land. Then I started paying attention to what was out there. What sold me on this was when I drove down this road which used to be farm land that they were making into a subdivision. I cann't think of the name of it anymore its the road right passed Indian Trace on pond creek going towards kenton county. Anyway there was two guys standing out on the street talking and I stopped and asked them what the land was going for and the guy told me $50K an acre no water and no sewer. I rolled my window up and said okay then. Here is a link that the realitor has on it. It actually doesn't have a mailing address yet but it is literally 1/2 off AA on grandview going back towards rt. 10. Let me know if you are interested and I can meet you and walk it and show you the property lines. It has about 550' of road frontage. I was going to build a house and a 40x80 garage with a little pond out front. Anyways let me know if your interested.

You are right tho, there really isn't much out here that people want to get rid of and when they do its either a half acre or 20 acrs. There's a guy that's been looking at it and I don't think he is quite ready to buy yet but he was looking at an acre somewhere up by the police station for $60K and that's in the city limits and I personally don't want to be in the city limits.
