LX tail pipes.......

Just a quick question, I've got a 1991 LX and I'm getting ready to replace just the tailpipes....... Mine bolt on just past the axle....... the replacements I'm looking at "clamp" or weld on just after the muffler.... what's best? should I just have them cut and flanged to bolt on just like the one's I have or cut and welded????? Thanks in advance for any advise...........

Aweld is giong to seal much better, however, that comes at the price of not being able to take them apart if you need to. Don't know if thats going to help you.

Yea, if you go to a muffler shop. They can do most anything you need.

don't have them welded to the muffler as you wouldn't be able to get them off without cutting them. if you have it welded- make it to where you can clamp them on after the mufflers.

they are bolt and clamps. i can bring them out maybe where you live? they are in the corner and the car is blocking them in, so i cant really get to them untill the rain stops just call or text me (text is better) 513-257-9335
