My '93 coupe is officially wingless now (had a fake saleen wing), so I snapped a few quickie pics today. Mind you, this is pre-polishing compound, so it's not shining like it should. (single stage paint FTL) But I prefer to polish/wax the car in the garage when it's less than 70° outside.

It's a 63k mile orig. 5.0/5spd car with a stock 302, t5, and 8.8. I'm the second and fifth owner of the car. (just got it back) Forgot how much I hammered it back in the day, but it is what it is. I'll put some handling suspension, big brakes, and 17s or 18s on it. For now I'm enjoying cruising it with the stock drivetrain and a big sound system. Took it to London Dragway a couple weeks ago and ran 13.24@106.4 on these crusty old Falkens (one of them mounted backwards) with a 1.99 short time.

It's definitely a work in progress.

Looks good but I can't believe it doesnt chew up the front fenders when you turn!

Nothing on the intake piping looks stock, not even that MAF that has the plug going in on the top (??) and it looks like it's shortbelted with a March Performance bracket kit, SN95 alt....

I'm sure there is more that he'll tell us

Too low. I lowered it in '96. I just now got the car back and I can't believe how far I lowered it. I've got a set of stock springs to put in it, but I really want some MM stuff. :o

Yeah, it's a mixed set of chrome ponies so I've got three rights and one left. I'd swap the one, but I REALLY want to get these wheels off of the car asap.

Let me think, cold air, dbx mass air, short pipe from crank to water pump to alt, h-pipe, cat-back, and 3.73s. Those are probably the only mods making any power. This is the 302/t5/8.8 out of my '89 LX that went 12.91@103 on drag suspension and DRs.

Stock from the throttle body down, but yep, inlet side has bolt-ons. The tires only rub at full lock, like in a parking lot.
