What is this bracket for? Do i need this on my disck brake conversion?

I don't think I put them on mine, had them on the turbo coupe setup but not on the 5 lug.

I figured they were for extra support. Did not see any other reason for them.

I believe that Ford calls them anti moan brackets. They are there for support and also to help prevent noise. I believe. Not a bad idea to have them on there.

Yeah, we put them on my car right? They just keep the caliper from flexing and after the machine work done to mine, it is just a good idea to have them on there.

I would say I have some at home.I doubt I do.I did go to UPAP and rob a set from a turbo coupe they had there.Ill check when I get home,but dont count on me having those.I want to say I left them there at the junkyard.

yeah they help brace off the axle. Didn't put them back on mine since I did 9" ends. Why not just get a set of these :D I'm thinkin about it...
