i need the lower half of the harness i ripped the low oil sensor wire off pulling my motor

Couldnt you just out it back on

i mean i ripped the wire out of the part that goes in the sensor in the oil pan

That sensor is not needed BTW.

i know it's not needed but it will drive me nuts. OCD i guess
