Can you run fox struts on an sn95 car without any problems? The car is lowered if that makes any difference.
I have a set of struts from my coupe that has 1000 miles maybe, And would like to be able to use them on an sn95.

I don't know, Brian. If you look for struts, on line, they show '79-'93, or '94-'04. There must be something different, about them.

I ran lakewood 90/10s on my 95. They were from a fox. I don't remember any issues.

using fox struts on a lowered sn95 is a very good idea. fox have a 1" shorter stroke so the ride will get a little better then what it is now. I'm running fox Stange on the green car and ran fox Bilsteins back when I did the 4 corner coil overs. Slap them on there

Brian. running the fox struts on an sn-95 car works best when they are lowered. this puts the piston of the strut back in the workable are or stroke of the strut. i did Moontangs car this way. and will be doing this to the cobra when i get the suspension work finished. basically the strut will not bottom out.

I can vouche for this. I ordered all of my suspension stuff through stangsuspension a few years ago and the tech guy told me to go with fox struts since the car would be lowered 1.5". They are Tokico blues for a fox body, they fit perfectly, and I have not had any problem.

I put these on today along with a set of shocks in back, Man what a difference the car has almost 200,000 miles on it. It still needs a little more love.
