8.8" to 9" conversion

What would it take to run a 9" moser axle housing in my 2003 GT?

I know the ABS has to go, but what else do I need?

I'm thinking 4.30 gear and a spool. I already have Moser 31 spline axles.

Stick with the 8.8:
takes less power to turn it.
setup right it's good for 1,000 hp.

Yeah what Josh said, it will be much easier to stick with the 8.8.

Stick with the 8.8. If you want to add a spool and 4:30, it will be way cheaper. Then, if you need c-clip eliminators, just do the Strange, that has the 9-inch bearings. You'll have to have someone, with an axle jig do it, but it is worth it.

with a complete moser setup, you can keep your abs....and have a 9"
