I bought this car in November of 2005 off ebay from a cheverolet dealership in shelbyville Indiana with 47,000 actual miles all original straight 6 cylinder automatic air conditioning worked and everything then this was an unmolested car right down to the factory am/fm stereo which is still in it This car still has the original 30 year old paint on it so theres some spots where paint has been burnt off and it looks like rust, but no rust through anywhere on this car.its gives it character..We got this home and went right to work on it.pulled the complete front end out from underneath and installed a complete UPR K-member kit without the tubular A-arms.put a supercharged 5.0 5-speed in it,the clutch pedal is still in it under the carpet if you wanted to install another standard transmission it it.ran it for a week and supercharger took a dump so I ran it the rest of the season naturally aspirated and it ran high 13's in the 1/4.That winter my friends shop went back to work on it and made it what is it now. This car had a factory 5.0 GT40P motor in it and what makes it nice is it could run the numbers, you have a ball and if you blow it up you can buy complete engines in salvage yards for around $400-$500...So heres what you get this car is an awesome fun car and the only reason Im selling is I'am adopting a kid and my priorities have changed just a little.so heres the car.

1979 Ford Fairmont Futura 2-Door sedan. This body has only 48,000 actual miles on it with very nice original interior in it does have a rollbar installed. This car is a real sleeper Aeromotive fuel system with eliminator fuel pump over $1000 there with all braided lines and fittings.
