I am thinking of boosting my 1989 LX. I will probably buy a On3Performance kit.
My question is this, I will probably only run 12 psi so what size injectors and MAF would you suggest? Also can I tune using stock stuff or do I have to go with a stand alone? I really don't have the money for those things so I hope I can just stay with the EFI.

Engine already has ARP head studs
F Cam
gt40P heads
GT40 upper and lower

Stay with your normal stock setup.

Things needed:

1. 255 lph Fuel Pump
2. 60lb Injectors
3. 60lb calibrated Mass Air or have car tuned to accept the one you have.
4. Good Plugs
5. Have the car tuned after installing! You want it right with this setup or it will blow.

This will start you off in what you are wanting to support your system

Siemens Deka 60# injectors.
SCT BA2600 Meter.

And had the mastermind at Cincy Speed tune it for me.Right now im only running spray, but next year (really soon) will have a turbo setup.
Get the good stuff now, dont waste your money on junk.

Im running about 10psi on my turbo car. Ive got 42lb injectors and a 255 in tank pump as well as an inline booster pump.
you will definately want to have it tuned after you put on the turbo. MD and cincy speed have both treated me very well, and can put a programable chip in your stock computer.
