I replaced the seal and the leak is still there. I have noticed there is a grove in the driveshaft. any ideas

I had the same issue. Where is it leaking ? What seal did you replace ? Any pictures would help.

Thats exactly what I was going to say. Need to pull the tranny and take the tailshaft housing off. Replace that bushing and seal. And by the sounds of it you need a new yoke.
