The car is in great shape inside and out. It just hit 120k and has been pretty well maintained. It is in need of brakes and the MAF sensor just went out. But it currently just runs off a base map with the sensor unplugged. You can pick up a sensor used at a junkyard off any 99+ GP. I just haven't got aound to it yet. I am not really pressed to sell this car because it has been a great daily driver. I just have other toys and projects I could use the funds for. My asking price is $4,500 OBO. I am also interested in trades but would prefer some cash to go along with it. This car is in great shape and doesnt show much age. It is also equiped with all the factory options...minus the sunroof. Here are a few of the only pics I have on my laptop, just pm me for more info and I will give you my number. Or you can email me at f22speed@yahoo.com and I will get it on my phone.

Mod List Includes:
-ZZP 2.5" Catless Downpipe
-Custom catback to Flowmaster 40's and stainless oval tips
-Gutted airbox with hole and airtube ran down to the bottom of the bumper (looks stock)
-Intense stage1 flashed PCM
-Intense modular pulley system (3.4" pulley/gatorback belt)
-AL 104's, new wires, 160 thermostat and Mobil 1 oil change just done last month (50 miles ago)
-Billet upper/lower front grilles
-5% window tint all around
-Ventshade window visors
-Black housing headlights and corners

Yeah, they are killer motors....I would love to keep the car and might for a little while longer. I have just had it for 3 years as a daily and want to see what options are out there.

3800 series II supercharged motor.

yup yup....and very strong, reliable motors that can handle well over 400whp on the stock bottom end. These cars respond very well to mods and are great daily drivers.

I think its like 240hp and 280 torque stock at flywheel.

Yes sir....My ex ran a 14.4xx or something in this car a few years back. All that was done at the time was a gutted air box and K&N drop in. I have seen many people and know a few with the same/similar mods as me that are running mid to low 13's all day long. With an actual dyno tune and a few other little mods 12's wouldn't be a problem.

Decent amount of aftermarket as well for a V6 with places like ZZP and Milzy Motorsports. They make for killer sleeper car's in the Regal's.

There is quite a bit of aftermarket....ZZP makes really good stuff. Intense Racing is here in Plain City as well and one of the best tuners for the 3800's is Dyno Brian in Columbus.

I thought I heard the best place to go to tune the 3800's was Columbus, I use to be into the 5th gen Monte/GP scene a little and I knew of A LOT of people who would swap L67's into 5th Gen Monte's/Lumina's and would run and even beat a lot of LS1's with some work done to them.

I've got a friend that works for ZZP and cant say enough about their parts.

I didnt know that Intense was still in business. Scott sold his racecar that ended up at ZZP

BTW, thats a very clean car.

here's an idea of the potential.

this car is a L36 bottom end, with a topswap, 2.55 pulley, i/c'd, XP cam (at the time), stock trans and bottom end
the trans slipped as you can hear, and the car was useless below 50 mph.

in the time of the video, it was on 92 octane and the tune is a very agressive. so it being on 92 it was getting a bunch of KR (knock retard)
http://videos.streetfire.net/video/Lima-Racing-99-pontiac-GT_125271.htm

it currently has a slightly larger cam, gen V blower, and a decent trans and goes 11.60's on a DR

Nope...they are still open out in Plain City. Scott daily drives an 800rwhp twin turbo G8 GT. It looks bone stock other than being lowered slightly.

Seen the G8, its not bad... but if you read intense's site, one place says it makes 800, another place it says a different power

idk, i've got a bunch of friends that do GP's and no one of them has anything intense, only ZZP and they all run really good.

i've got another one that's a turbo car with an old GM turbo on it that went 12.40 at 6 or 8 lbs, and we went out and ran a friend of mines 12.20-12.40 civic hatch on 14 lbs.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=M-BESEauLEM

Just trying to show the potential of these cars. although very underated by people and not given much respect. look at the ZZP/Stattama drag car.

its been 8.60's at 150+ and is still FWD. Stock bottom end, its got 2 turbos, a turbo cam, and stage 4 heads, and a built trans. with the obvious weight reduction and safety equipment

Yes the brakes still need changed and the maf needs replaced. Like I said, both of which are cheap and easy. I have just been working a lot and haven't had the time or space in my garage to get to them right now.

I am at work so I will have to take pics tonight or tomorrow afternoon. Let me know what you guys are thinking!

Ok...so the junk ass aftermarket radio stopped working friday night. Then the car just died today on the way home from shopping. The fuel pump isn't kicking on and obviously the car won't start. It may just be a loose ground? If it is indeed the fuel pump then I am willing to take a big hit on the car. I know it may be an easy job, just like the other little things it needs. I just don't feel like messing with it anymore and want a cheap little car to drive through the winter. I will thoroughly look the car over tomorrow and try to diagnose the problem. Regardless I am going to drop the price on the car because I really want it gone and could use the extra cash right now. Prices may slightly change depending on the actual issue.

$3,200 you buy and replace the fuel pump

$3,600 If I end up getting it fixed

Fuel pumps are really easy to change in those cars. Check the relays before assuming its the pump

Already checked the relays...pulled the canister to check things out. Then realized I didnt have my voltage tester. Most of my tools are still in storage and I just moved. I couldn't go anywhere till my gf got home either.

So I put the pump/canister back in and decided to work on it later. Well the damn thing wouldn't seal worth a shit. I was holding one end down while pressing the other with the handle of my hammer. Then one of the 3 fuel outlets f%^king broke off. I was so pissed knowing I had to buy a whole new assembly now. I got the new canister and pump, tossed it in with ease and still couldn't get it to prime. It isn't a relay/fuse, the pump or the pump resistor because I bypassed that while diagnosing when my maf went bad. It is a venturi style pump and with the resistor bypassed the pump runs at high speed. That is what led me to believe it went bad. I guess that isn't the case. Im gonna go over the wiring again tomorrow and hopefully figure this out. The car still turns over and everything...just not getting any power from the pump.

Yes I did....I just haven't worked on it much. I bought a new pump/canister from a well known vendor. I got it all hooked back up and it would click on but not prime. So I had to wait forever to get a new one sent under warranty. I just got the new pump on Friday and will probably install it tomorrow. The car is currently parked and covered in snow. Mainly due to my Mustang and many parts hibernating in the garage lol. So going out in the cold to work on it doesn't sound pleasing :(

ZZP has been a great place for aftermarket L67 parts, considering my car has a ton of their parts on it.:D

Who do you know a ZZP? Just wondering, since I deal with them alot.

Scott Cook sold Intense a couple of weeks to another guy so that he, Scott, can continue on his Poker career. They do not do too much with the L67 anymore.

Yeah, thought that it was funny to see the White Cage car end up at ZZP. I think it is for sale on ZZP web site, just a rolling chassis though.

Also, good luck on fixing your car, and a nice car at that. If you get it back together and the fuel pump primes and the car only runs for a little bit and dies, try pulling the #15 fuse relay (f/pmp spd cont.) and running jumper wire to keep the pump on high all the time. The fuse has three pins on the left and two on the right. Put your wire in the second slot on the left and the bottom slot on the right. I have had my car like this for 3 yrs now to bypass the fuel pump speed control.

PM if you have any questions and I will try to help you out, if I had the money I would buy it from you to have as a daily driver, since mine is kinda hard to drive on the street these days.;)

I have already bent the tab and bypassed it.....I just hope this pump is it. The new one they sent came with a totally different connector and needs to be spliced into the stock pump harness? The first one was just like the factory setup though?

Where did you get the pump from? I know that I had to mod my connector when I put in a new pump, but they had directions on how to do it though.

Wbodystore....The first one worked with the stock connector and the new one is different? It has directions, but there are 2 purple wires on the new connnector. I haven't messed with it yet since it just snowed another 6-8 inches here. But I really wanna get it running SOON!
