Intake?

I was wondering if anyone was running the trick flow track heat intake on their 2V? How do you like it and is it worth the $800. I will be running their stage one cams with it and wonder if the package deal for $1400 is worth money for the power gain.

are you forced induction or nitrous? NA you will pick up a little but not as much if you were shoving air down its throat. I would use that money on a nice nitrous kit or something. JMO

already running a zex wet kit that is why i am worried about my quailty plastic factory intake.

the aluminum prof products will yield a couple extra horse but be reliable enough for nitrous

Hey man I have the pro products one on my car now. Its decent It will give u a decent gain in mi range tq and hp but little to nothing unless your revving to 7k. People knock their quality but so far I've had no issues its only been a few days after the instal haha ill let u kno if I have any probs. Mine cracked and I'm spraying/camming my carthis spring so ill need it. I just don't like the intake because you have to mount the alternator differently and it move a lot of stuff around as far as vacum lines.

Thanks for the input buddy :bigthumb Where did you get yours from? Who got the best price. insi And is yours the three piece design cause i know you can get inside those and do a little more cleaning.

yeah, it's three pieces. Mine was pretty clean but I know that some pieces that people buy are rough, bad castings, shavings in the in the ports, etc. I got mine from American Muscle with gaskets for 560 bucks. Im getting either a stage 1 cms set of cams or a set of stage 2s because im spraying it too.
