View Full Version : tv gurus - whats the best way to set up a new lcd?

i've got a couple of smaller vizios lcd's and a samsung plasma 55" in my game room.

i just redid the living room and added a vizio 55"

anyway, the new tv looks a little weird to me, and maybe thats the way it's supposed to be, but the people on the screen almost look like they aren't in the backround

any recommended settings?

thats how it is ... ive had this vizio for a year now, takes a few weeks to get use to it ... when people come over and watch my tv for the first time, i get that same response ...

wait til you see it on blue ray ...

i adjusted mine by sight when i first got it ... interesting read ...
