1988 4cyl hatch 5 speed wtt

Ok I just picked this up the interior is taken apart the kid before me started to paint it black and did a so so job so all the interior plastic is taken apart but dash seats console carpet an all are in good shape an are still in the car , it's rattle can painted and has a few not serious rust spots on the body. The passenger side shok tower has little rust on it but not bad... Now for the kicker.. It has about a grapefruit size hole in the floorboard by the drivers seat but that's the only bad thing I have found. I drove it back from Middletown to my shop in mason and it ran great. Now the things that come with the car is the Roller engine from my coupe with everything but upper lower and injectors also it has a b cam in it. I am looking to trade for a 5 speed ranger or some sort of small 5 speed truck or car i will get pics up this weekened. Will maby trade on ????... Never hurts to ask. But please keep it 5 speed. Unless it's an auto v8 stang or an f1 f250

That notch looks GREAT. I dont know whats up with it. Its been sitting there for @ a year now. I thought it was Ted's but I keep seeing Ted drive something new every few weeks and this just sits there.
