They are crooks......
I just fired the email below to their customer service due to their incompetence. I never even ordered anything from them and yet they charged my credit card that was on file for purchased items in the past. I ended up getting charged for an item (a fiberglass hood) that was never ordered and I was never even in possession of, yet they feel I owe them shipping and handling for. I will be disputing this with my credit card company. I sent them the email below, yet they feel they can get away with what they are doing...... BUYER BE WHERE… Purchase parts elsewhere.
EMAIL...........
I am writing in reference to Credit Memo# 818300. I am having a hard time understanding why I did not get a refund for shipping and handling of an item that I did not order. I have been trying to get a refund for 3 weeks now, and was never in possession of the item in question (2000 Mustang Cobra Hood). I never received a confirmation of any order until I got an email telling me an item had been shipped, and my card had been charged. (I have urged the gentlemen in customer service to review your outgoing log of auto confirmation email to prove I never received any confirmation.) Had I received any confirmation that something had been ordered, I would have called right away to cancel it instead of going through all the trouble of letting an item ship. I have called several times over the past 3 weeks trying to get my money back, and I finally received an email confirming I would only be getting the cost of the item back (not including the $130 in shipping and handling) in refund as contrary to what Gary in costumer service said. I think anyone would agree that this is not fair or legal for that matter, and I will thus be disputing the remaining charges with my credit card company if I get no response. Please remove my mailing address from your flyers and catalog mailings and remove my email address from your web advertising, as I will no longer purchase any items from CJPonyparts. I will also ensure to share my story with the vast amount of mustang enthusiast communities I am apart of throughout the Midwest and beyond. I can promise you will lose more then the bogus $130 in shipping and handling charges in business from me and others I associate with.
