'79-82 hood

Looking for a rust free '79-82 hood. I'm looking to mount a Pacecar hood on it so if by chance you have one that already has the holes drilled in it that'll work too.

I have 2 79-82 hoods, I know the one with the scoop has a cracked scoop. I will try to get pics tomorrow.

Do either of you have one that already has the pacecar holes in it? I was under the assumption that the pacecar scoop simply had a few more holes towards the front than the GT scoop, but that's not so. I really don't wanna drill a bunch of holes in my hood...and right now since my car isn't painted anyways i think i'd like the option to go back and forth between hoods until i really decide on one or the other (tell me i can't have cake and eat it to lol).

Also, do either of you know if there's any more clearance offered by one scoop or the other? I'm concerned that the pacecar cowl won't give me as much engine clearance as the GT scoop...so that'd shoot the whole thing down right there.

The hood that I have would be perfect for you Dave. it already had body work done in the center of it . Drill away!!
