Old miami county car, white exterior, blue interior.
153,xxx miles on it
runs/drives fine besides a knock of some kind. Noone can pinpoint this, i say rod, others say lifter, some say torque converter, i don't know you can be the judge. Car has plenty of power, doesn't do horrible on gas, trans shifts nice, the only downfall to the car and the only reason for selling is the knocking/pinging. I don't know what it is so i don't know what to fix, and im moving and wont have a garage to work in if it breaks. Can post pics, cars in wilmington for anyone that would like to look at it. thanks man, we have been driving everywhere with it also, since we have aaa weve just been taking it whereever we need to go. Pulls about 28mpg, drives good, could use an alignment in the future but not bad enough to bother either one of us.

Kbb puts it at 1840 in fair condition and i believe its in at least fair condition. It could run like this forever who knows?

Those cars have a timing chain tensioner problem, the tensioner gets weak causing a ticking noise from the front of the head area. Parts are $400-500, book time for chains & tensioners is about 9 hours. This might not be the problem, but a good posibility.

OK guys shes sittin on the side of the road, im listing this on craigslist for 700 bucks, call me at the number above if you want it. Motors done. started bellowing white smoke and has oil and antifreeze everywhere. Coming from the front of the motor. Still runs but can't drive it home.
