??No What I mean is it has to be set w/ a dyno session. If its OBD2 you would need the software to flash the pcm in order to calibrate the meter for air/fuel purposes. You need a chip for a 95 and down is $300. The advantage of this meter is its ability to be used for any size injector. Modular Depot or cincy Speed may be able to explain it better but I know a lot of tuners like this style meter for its ease of tuning in the transfer function. Also its a meter that u can use no matter what size inj u run and never have to buy another meter everytime u change size.
